What You Get with Kickcall + Bandwidth
Kickcall adds an AI communications layer to your Bandwidth numbers: voice, messaging, and compliance, with no separate carrier account for each customer.
- SIP Trunk Connectivity: Kickcall connects to Bandwidth through SIP trunking, so calls to your Bandwidth numbers reach the AI agent without replacing your carrier.
- AI Voice: Agents that answer calls, qualify callers, route calls, book appointments, and interact with customer systems.
- AI SMS: Intelligent SMS conversations for agencies and the businesses they serve, answering questions, collecting information, and automating follow-ups.
- SMS Delivery Tracking: Kickcall tracks delivered and failed status for SMS sent through Bandwidth.
- Agency-Level Setup, Once: Enter your Bandwidth credentials once. Bandwidth then becomes a number provider you can enable for any business you manage.
- Numbers Without the Bandwidth Dashboard: Businesses activate numbers from their own Connect Phone screen, with no Bandwidth account and no technical setup.
- Get a Number Instantly: Kickcall can provision a dedicated Bandwidth number for a business right away. Choose a state code or area code, pick a number, and it's ready to receive calls.
- Forward From Any Existing Number: Keep your current business number or PBX extension and forward its calls to your Kickcall number. Customers keep dialing the number they know.
- White-Label Ready: Replace "Bandwidth" with your own logo and display name wherever businesses see the option.
- Compliant & Secure (SOC 2, HIPAA, PIPEDA): Built to support regulated industries like healthcare, finance, and legal.
Three Ways to Use Bandwidth with Kickcall
Kickcall works with Bandwidth however each business is set up.
1. Connect Your Agency's Bandwidth Account: Best for agencies and providers managing many businesses. Connect Bandwidth once with your Account ID, API credentials, and a messaging application that reports SMS delivery status. Then enable it business by business. Every enabled business can activate numbers without ever creating a Bandwidth account.
2. Get a New Number Through Kickcall: Best for getting started fast, or for a dedicated agent line. Kickcall provisions a Bandwidth number for you, with no external carrier account and no SIP setup on your end. Activation is instant. Give it out as your agent's direct line on your website, ads, or business cards.
3. Forward Calls From Your Existing Number or PBX: Best for businesses with a number customers already know. Add your Kickcall number as a forwarding destination, the same way you'd forward to a colleague or voicemail line. Nothing changes on the customer's side, and the AI agent handles the calls behind the scenes.
A Partnership Built for Agencies & Service Providers
Whether you're an agency, a VoIP provider, or an MSP, your customers already rely on you for their business communications. Kickcall lets you extend your portfolio with AI Voice and AI SMS, under your own brand if you choose, while you keep the customer relationship.
- Connect Once, Enable Anywhere: Configure Bandwidth a single time in Agency dashboard → Telephony → Bandwidth, then turn it on for each business from the Businesses page.
- Package It Under Your Own Brand: Upload your logo (200×60px, PNG or SVG) and set a display name. Businesses see your brand on their Connect Phone screen instead of Bandwidth's.
- You Control Access: Enabling Bandwidth for one business doesn't enable it for the others. You decide who gets it.
- New Recurring Revenue: Turn AI communications into an upsell across your existing customer base, without adding infrastructure or headcount.
Expand your communications portfolio without expanding your technology stack. You own the customer relationship. Kickcall provides the technology.
How It Works for Businesses?
Once your agency has enabled Bandwidth, or if you're setting up a number directly through Kickcall, the business owner does the following:
- Go to Configure → Connect Phone.
- Select Connect with Bandwidth (or your agency's white-label name).
- Choose a state code, or enter an area code, to narrow the results.
- Click Show Number to see available numbers.
- Select a number and confirm. Activation is instant.
The business can then use that number directly as its AI agent's line, or forward calls from an existing number. It can switch between the two later without reactivating anything, and it can activate multiple numbers, each forwarding to the same agent. If it changes its mind, the Change Number button lets it pick a different number at any time.
Each number carries a small monthly fee plus per-minute usage. The exact cost is shown before the business confirms.
Flexible Call-Handling Setups
Kickcall's AI agent fits the way each customer already handles calls.
- After-Hours Answering: Forward calls to the AI agent when staff are unavailable. Humans take calls during business hours, and the AI covers evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 24×7 Primary Call Taker: Route every inbound call to the AI agent first. It screens and qualifies calls, handles simple requests, and transfers complex issues to a person.
- Dedicated Agent Line: Give the agent its own number for a website, ad campaign, or business card. Every call goes straight to the AI.
- Overflow Coverage: Forward calls from your PBX when human agents are busy, so no call drops to voicemail.
Enterprise-Grade Security & Compliance
Kickcall is built to support SOC 2, HIPAA, and PIPEDA requirements, so agencies and providers can offer AI Voice and AI SMS to healthcare, finance, legal, and other regulated industries without taking on extra compliance risk.
- SOC 2: security, availability, and confidentiality controls
- HIPAA: supports safeguards for protected health information
- PIPEDA: supports Canadian data privacy requirements

Built to Scale Across Your Customer Base
Start with one customer, prove the value, then roll out across your whole base.
- Faster Deployment: Numbers activate instantly, and businesses need no technical setup.
- Less Manual Administration: One agency-level connection replaces a separate Bandwidth setup for every business.
- Flexible Service Offering: Offer Voice, SMS, or both, using agency-connected numbers, new Kickcall numbers, or forwarded lines.
- Full Control: Update credentials, application details, webhook settings, or branding anytime under Telephony → Bandwidth → Configuration.
Why Kickcall Is the Best Choice for Bandwidth Users?
Bandwidth gives you the numbers and the messaging network. Kickcall makes them intelligent.
- AI That Connects to Business Software: Agents can work with PMS, EHR, EMR, CRM, scheduling, and customer support systems, so the AI helps complete the workflow behind the conversation instead of only answering the call.
- No Need to Build Your Own AI Platform: Skip the cost and complexity of building AI voice infrastructure, AI SMS technology, agent workflows, business integrations, onboarding systems, and compliance programs. Integrate Kickcall and focus on your customers.
- Industry Versatility: Restaurants taking orders, law firms scheduling consultations, clinics handling patient intake. The same Bandwidth numbers can serve them all.
- Custom AI Behavior: Tailor responses, call flows, and actions to each brand's voice and processes.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is Kickcall's Bandwidth integration?
Kickcall's Bandwidth integration lets agencies, VoIP providers, and businesses add an AI Voice and AI SMS agent to their Bandwidth numbers. Calls connect through SIP trunking, so the AI agent can answer calls, hold text conversations, and work with your business systems without replacing your carrier. Kickcall also tracks SMS delivery status through Bandwidth.
2. How does Kickcall connect to Bandwidth?
Kickcall uses a custom connector built on SIP trunking. An agency connects its Bandwidth account to Kickcall once, and each business it enables can then activate numbers from its own Connect Phone screen and use them with the AI agent. You don't need to replace your carrier.
3. Is Kickcall available for agencies and VoIP providers that use Bandwidth?
Yes. Kickcall is built for agencies, VoIP providers, and MSPs that want to add AI-powered voice and messaging to their services. Connect Bandwidth once, then choose which businesses get access. Enabling one business doesn't enable the others.
4. Can agencies white-label Kickcall for their Bandwidth customers?
Yes. Add your own logo and display name, and businesses will see your brand instead of Bandwidth's. You can offer AI communications as part of your own service portfolio.
5. Do the businesses I manage need their own Bandwidth account?
No. A business never needs its own Bandwidth account. Agencies that want to use their own Bandwidth account connect it once at the agency level, and businesses that only need a number can get one directly through Kickcall.
6. Can a business get a new phone number through Kickcall?
Yes. From the Connect Phone screen, a business chooses a state code or area code, clicks Show Number, and picks a number. Activation is instant, so the number can receive calls right away. There's no external carrier account and no SIP setup for the business to do. A business can also use the Change Number option to pick a different number later. Each number has a small monthly fee plus per-minute usage, and the cost is shown before the business confirms.
7. Can we keep our existing business number?
Yes. Forward calls from your current number or PBX extension to your Kickcall number, and your customers keep dialing the number they already know. If you'd rather connect a carrier or phone system you already manage, Kickcall also supports bringing your own carrier through SIP Connectivity.
8. Does Kickcall support AI SMS?
Yes. Kickcall provides AI SMS alongside AI Voice, for both agencies and the businesses they serve. The AI agent can hold intelligent text conversations that answer questions, collect information, and follow up with customers. Kickcall also tracks delivered and failed status for SMS sent through Bandwidth.
9. How flexible is call routing for our customers?
Very flexible. Calls can reach the AI agent on its own dedicated number, or by forwarding from an existing number or PBX extension. That lets you use it for after-hours answering, as the primary call taker for every inbound call, or as overflow when your team is busy, depending on how each customer's phone system forwards calls.
10. Who owns the phone numbers?
Numbers activated through Kickcall are fully owned by you. They're yours to keep, use, and manage. To port a number out to another provider or release it, contact Kickcall support and they'll start the process.
11. Can Kickcall AI connect with our customers' business software?
Yes. Depending on the workflow and available integration, Kickcall AI agents can connect with systems such as PMS, EHR, EMR, CRM, scheduling, and customer support platforms.
12. Is Kickcall compliant with SOC 2, HIPAA, and PIPEDA?
Yes. Kickcall is built to support SOC 2, HIPAA, and PIPEDA requirements, making it suitable for regulated customers such as healthcare, Wellness, and legal businesses.
13. How long does it take to get started?
Activating a new number is instant. Once a business selects a number and confirms, it's ready to receive calls right away. An agency connects Bandwidth once, using its account credentials and a messaging application for SMS delivery status, and then enables it business by business. Step-by-step agency and business guides are available in the Kickcall help center.
14. Does Kickcall work with other telephony providers?
Yes. Kickcall also supports Twilio, NetSapiens, Asterisk, and other providers, each configured independently.
