Kickcall calls patients who are due or overdue for recall in AdvancedMD, explains why the visit matters, and books the annual or follow-up visit your practice set.
AI recall reminders for AdvancedMD are outbound phone calls to patients on your recall list who are due within 30 days or overdue. Kickcall reads each recall from the AdvancedMD Recall Visits screen, closes the care gap with a natural conversation, books the visit in AdvancedMD, and logs the result.
How do AI recall reminders work with AdvancedMD?
It's a call that closes a care gap. A patient overdue for an annual physical hears which visit is due and why it matters, gets answers to approved questions, and chooses a time with their provider. The visit lands on the AdvancedMD schedule during the call, and the recall leaves the Recall Visits screen.
Which patients does Kickcall call for recall in AdvancedMD?
Patients on the recall list who are due within 30 days or overdue, for the visit types, providers and locations you choose. Each patient belongs to one workflow: recall = on the recall list; reactivation = not seen 3+ months; treatment-plan follow-up = seen in the last 3 months with nothing booked. AdvancedMD patients with a future appointment are skipped.
Does Kickcall read the AdvancedMD Recall Visits screen?
Yes. Kickcall works from the same recall data your team sees on the AdvancedMD Recall Visits screen, including the patient, visit type, provider and due date. The list stays in sync, so a patient who books or whose recall is closed drops out before the next call goes out.
What happens after the recall visit is booked?
The visit appears on the AdvancedMD schedule straight away and the recall is marked as scheduled, so it leaves the Recall Visits screen. Closer to the date, the appointment reminders workflow can confirm the visit, which helps keep recall patients from missing it.
What kinds of recall visits can Kickcall handle?
Any recall visit type your practice sets up in AdvancedMD, such as annual physicals, wellness visits, chronic care checks, screenings or medication reviews. Each visit type keeps its own appointment length and scheduling rules, agreed during setup, so a patient always hears about the visit their provider actually recalled them for.
We’ll review the trigger, access, scheduling rules, write-backs, compliance needs, and human checkpoints before launch.
